Testimonials
We stand by our work
We’ve been called a lot of things ~ Experienced, easy to work with, and proactive are a few of our favorites.
We have enjoyed working with Proficient’s Knoxville team to serve a variety of clients from renovation/redevelopment to new development projects. The team has provided fair and competitive pricing, communicated needs and requirements promptly and clearly, maintained schedule, and have been advocates for solutions that balance technical and functional requirements within the parameters of the given project.

Proficient is a professional MEP engineering consulting group. They work efficiently and are great to collaborate with. Without exception, all members of Proficient team have been very capable, efficient and friendly. Yes, I would absolutely recommend Proficient to other firms.

Working with Proficient Engineering on multiple projects has made my job as design architect easier. They are responsive and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable in their respective disciplines, the engineers at Proficient Engineering bring their experience to enhance the project by suggesting alternate solutions that improve efficiency or cost effectiveness. When problems arise, they maintain their composure, assess situations in a practical manner and proactively work toward solutions.
