Bud’s Farmhouse Coffee

Oak Ridge, TN

For Bud's Farmhouse Coffee, we provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design for an approximately 1,500-square-foot coffee shop fit-up of a previously occupied generic retail space. The mechanical scope included reusing existing RTU with the revised diffuser layout. One new restroom was also added and the existing restroom was modified as necessary to meet code.
