He currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Proficient Engineering’s Dallas office, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth for the company. His background in business administration and professional experiences have provided him with a solid understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning.
Outside of work, Ron is passionate about outdoor activities and adventure. He finds relaxation and a connection to nature through fishing, and enjoys the thrill of 4-wheeling.
