For Southern Boutique, we provided services for a 1,300-square-foot retail clothing store fit-out. The existing space is a new white box.
Northlake Mall Renovation | Atlanta, GA
Northlake Mall is a remodeling and re-demising of an existing 2-story, 962,000-SF retail center. This includes the interior and exterior design necessary to convert a portion of the existing retail space into a big-box space and for combining the balance of the area into an office.
Life Storage | Across the USA
We have completed multiple projects for Life Storage including one in Salem, MA. This project involved the design of a new construction self storage facility that is 3 stories and approximately 90,000 square feet.
Space Shop Self Storage | Various Cities in GA
Our Space Shop project in Mableton, GA includes a 2-story self-storage facility of approximately 99,360 square feet.
HBO Storage | Panama City, FL
We provided the design for all new MEP systems included in the repair and renovation of the existing self storage building. The facility consists of one 63,157-square-foot level and a 36,000-square-foot mezzanine.
Charles Schwab | Palm Beach, FL
This project involves the MEP design for the conversion of a 5,233-square-foot building area into a space for Charles Schwab.
Maggie Murphy's | Atlanta, GA
Maggie Murphy’s is a 941-square-foot salon and barbershop that will be the first service provider on Georgia Avenue in the Summerhill development. Due to the back of the store being partially subterranean, we came up with different louvers that would display properly on the storefront’s narrow bump out.
Roosevelt Square | Jacksonville, FL
Roosevelt Square is a shopping and restaurant center located in West Jacksonville. We provided the MEP design of four warm dark shell buildings for future retail and restaurant use. This included stubbing in utilities for all suites and setting grease traps for the planned restaurant spaces.
Dream Bikes | Knoxville, TN
The project for Dream Bikes involved the MEP design for a 3,800-square-foot renovation for a bicycle shop. The scope of work included retail, bike storage & display, and a bike workshop space on the ground level. At the upper level, there is an additional bulk bike storage & a small office space.
