The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation project features a six-story, 158,000-SF office building on a four-level, 212,000-SF parking structure, along with an eight-story, 200,000-SF and a three-story, 45,000-SF multi-tenant office building with 288,544-SF of parking below. A roof garden will connect the buildings, including fit-up for a six-story office space for Bankers’ Bank.
