The Boulevard will feature a 6-story over podium apartment building with one 5-story over podium liner building, retail, amenities, residences, and a parking deck. The building is 436, 143 square feet and will include 6 levels of wood frame on top of a concrete podium slab and two levels of a precast concrete parking deck.
