A 25,000-square-foot unconditioned storage building and an 11,400-square-foot conditioned storage building were designed for Storage Rentals of America, alongside renovations converting existing office space into conditioned storage. The unconditioned building was equipped with a sprinkler system, while both structures required exterior facade lighting to ensure safety and visibility.
