Scope of work included the replacement of all building air conditioning systems that had reached or exceeded their life expectancy, totaling over 200 tons of capacity. Special consideration was paid to new system selections to ensure they fit within existing space constraints - minimizing Architectural and Interiors work. Systems replaced included central station air handling units and associated condensing units, pool dehumidification unit, and packaged rooftop units.
