Every time I’ve worked with Proficient, my clients have been happy and it’s been a smooth process for me. We haven’t had issues where my client had to deal with unexpected expenses or things were overlooked. I also appreciate that Proficient put in the extra time to make things right even in instances when we needed two or three revisions – there were no complaints. I’m happy to use Proficient again.
