Located at 1075 Peachtree Street, the PNC Bank project involved a fit out of a 27,000-square-foot office tower floor from an empty shell condition. The fit-out included the MEP design of individual offices, open office space, conference rooms, a café, a storage room, a reception area, and an elevator lobby. The project is LEED silver certified.
