Northlake Mall underwent a comprehensive transformation, remodeling the 2-story, 962,000-square-foot retail center to convert a portion into a big-box retail format and reconfigure the remaining space into a modern office environment.

This project was completed in about half the time expected. Proficient’s ability to meet deadlines, fast responses and plan accuracy were key. The MEP work was on point.
