Proficient provided design services for the renovation of a 1,500-square-foot building unit into a bar located on Gay Street. Starting in 1908, this downtown area is home to Knoxville’s first skyscrapers and steel-frame buildings of 10 stores or more. The design also includes a new 3 compartment sink and bar area.
