The project features converting an existing Quality Inn into a Clarion Pointe. The 2-story motel has 110 guestrooms and 2 buildings. The scope of work included a new uplight parapet on the buildings and a new MEP design for the motel's front of house including the lobby, bathrooms, pantry, and conference room.

This project was completed in about half the time expected. Proficient’s ability to meet deadlines, fast responses and plan accuracy were key. The MEP work was on point. Ron knew when to challenge things and when to be flexible. I never had to think twice about whether Ron could respond or implement. They were always on time.
