This project consisted of MEP design for two new residential buildings with 200 units averaging 900 square feet each in addition to design for 12,000 square feet of amenity spaces. and a 260 space precast parking deck. 2 existing office buildings were also converted to 92 residential lofts average 700 square feet and 20,00 square feet of office space was converted into a commercial leasing office.
