Balance Braselton Senior Living is a single building with a 1 story / 3 story split. The structure is approximately 80,000 square feet and will be constructed in a wood frame. The building will house 100 units and feature areas such as a restaurant, lounges, theater, salons, fitness, arts & crafts spaces, and a library.
