HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Design, and CA for roughly 14,000 SF garage and a mixed-use memory care facility with three stories totaling 21,700 SF. First level includes support services at 8,500 SF. The second level contains 10 resident rooms at 8,500 SF. The third level will include 4,700 F of administrative offices. Our office also performed the energy model to determine mechanical systems and submit to City of Boulder.
