The scope of the project includes +/-386,000 SF renovation of existing three-story building with overbuild of fourth and fifth floors per Concept Design dated 04.24.20 by S9 Architecture. Design is for Core & Shell and will include lobbies, elevators, stairwells, bathrooms, mechanical rooms and MDF/IDF Rooms.

This project was completed in about half the time expected. Proficient’s ability to meet deadlines, fast responses and plan accuracy were key. The MEP work was on point. Ron knew when to challenge things and when to be flexible. I never had to think twice about whether Ron could respond or implement. They were always on time.
