NYC Luxury High-Rise Now Tallest Residential Building in Western Hemisphere
NEW YORK—A condominium tower at 432 Park Avenue in Manhattan topped off this month to become the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere. Standing at 1,396 ft (426 m), 432 Park Avenue is taller than One World Trade Center without its spire and is about 150 ft (46 m) taller than the Empire State Building. The 104 units in the building start at $16.95 million.
