Zaxby’s | Across U.S.A

 We developed a new prototype design for Zaxby’s. The design has saved thousands of dollars on several locations while providing more comfortable space conditions and using less energy.

C. Ellet’s | Marietta, GA

Ellet’s is a next-generation steakhouse housed in a commanding corner of The Battery at SunTrust Park. The space includes a kitchen and associated storage spaces, a bar, oyster bar with walk up service window, multiple points of sale and dining spaces, and restrooms required for the fit out.

Dreamland BBQ | Duluth, GA

Dreamland is still eminently known for bar-b-que ribs. The decor inside is warm and inviting with a big bar, a few tables and booths and a pot bellied stove. It feels like you are attending a family picnic indoors and the ribs are delicious, cooked the same way for over 50 years. Duluth Georgia is home to this 6,500 square foot BBQ restaurant.

Twin Peaks | Across U.S.A

Twin Peaks is the ultimate sports lodge that offers everything you crave and more. Sit back in their beautiful restaurant and watch your favorite sports team while drinking a perfectly chilled beer paired with their hearty comfort food. Proficient Engineering has improved the design with each new project and continues to help twin peaks expand across the U.S.

Mizu Restaurant | Charlotte, NC

Located on the 9th floor of the Hyatt Centric 10-story hotel, Mizu Restaurant consists of 6,960 square feet and will be full service with a dining room, a bar, restrooms, a kitchen, and a 1,525-square-foot, exterior dining terrace.

Farm to Ladle | Alpharetta, GA

Farm to Ladle is part of the Avalon mixed-use development just north of Atlanta. The establishment features an urban farmhouse spin theme with an eclectic mix of food. The design of the nearly 2000-square-foot cafe elevates traditional building materials often neglected in construction, like pallets, joists, can lights, and concrete.

We are helping Waffle House expand by engineering the more complicated fit-ups in the chain’s existing facilities.

Ted’s Montana Grille | Across U.S.A.

Ted’s is a proud tribute to the ingredients, meals and hospitality that define the Great American West. By featuring the biggest bison menu in the world, Ted’s Montana Grill has made bison a popular menu choice. We are working on improving the prototypical design to help the growth of this national account.

Bar Mercado | Atlanta, GA

For Bar Mercado, bright colors and bold patterns are layered over an existing backdrop of old brick, steel, and concrete to evoke the excitement of a Spanish market. Alongside our restauranteur clients, we took inspiration from the Mercado de San Miguel, a food hall within an open ironwork structure dating from 1916 located in Madrid.
